1. January 17th: A one day workshop was held for the Executives of Global Franchise Architects, on Communication skills, Team work, Stress Management & Time Management. The Workshop was conducted by Dr. Sandeep Shastri, Dr. Rajendra Joshi, Dr. Shailaja Shastri & Mr. Shree Krishna.

2. April 5th:One day workshop was conducted by Dr. Manuja Sahai and Ms. Sudha Mydur for teachers of Nagarjuna School at Bangalore on Innovative Teaching Methods.

3. April 13th: One day workshop was conducted by Ms. Sudha Mydur and Dr. Padmavathi at Prerana on Mentoring in Study Skills for staff members of Prerana and other volunteers from various backgrounds.

4. April 25th & 26th: A Two-day workshop was conducted for Mangalore University Post Graduate students by Dr. Padmavati and Ms. Manjiri Joshi on Building Self-Confidence, Communicating in English Effectively, Study Skills and Problem Solving.

5. May 6th , 7th & 8th : A Three day workshop was conducted for Teacher Development Academy, ELGI Coimbatore by Dr. Chitra Shankar, Ms. Apurva, Ms. Sowmya, Ms. Sudha Mydur on Effective Communication Skills, Facilitating Life Skills , Teachers as Counselors and Mentors.

6. May 21st : One day workshop was conducted for employees of Silk Mark Organisation of India, Banaglore (sponsored by Central Silk Board Ministry of Textiles) by Dr. Shailaja Shastri and Ms.Sowmya on Interpersonal Skills.

7. May 23rd & 24th: Two day workshop was conducted for teachers of Shiksha Sagar High School at iACT by Dr. Shailaja Shatri, Ms. Manjiri Joshi, Ms. Sudha Mydur and Ms. Supriya Sircar Das Gupta on Communication Skills, Classroom Management, Mentoring and Low Cost Teaching Aids.

8. June 11th –14th : Four day workshop was conducted for teachers of The Jain International School, Aurangabad by Dr. Rajendra Joshi & Dr. Shailaja Shastri on Communication Skills, presentation Skills, Creativity in Classroom, TJIS- Developing a vision, Understanding the young leader, Counseling Skills, Multiple Intelligence and Building TJIS team.

9. June 19th : One day workshop was conducted for faculty & graduate students of State University of New York (SUNY), Stony Brook by Ms.Manjiri Joshi, Ms. Sudha Mydur, Dr.Manuja Sahai, Ms. Sowmya & Ms. Apurva on Languages in Inida, Beliefs & Career Choice, Educational Scenario in India – Challenges & Opportunities and Cross Cultural Effects on Life Skills.

10. July 4th & 5th: A two day workshop for Teacher Development Academy, ELGI Coimbatore was conducted by Dr. Shailaja Shastri & Dr. Sandeep Shastri on Effective Communication Skills and Innovative Teaching Methods.

11. July 24th, 25th & 28th: A three day workshop was conducted for students of I PUC & II PUC at REVA Group of Educational Institutes on “ Transition from Schools to College” , ”Handling Emotions” and “Study Skills”.

12. August 2nd: One-day workshop was conducted on “ Activity based Teaching “ for Teachers of ELGI School, Coimbatore, organized by Teacher Development Academy.

13. August 6th – 8th: A three day workshop was conducted for teachers of Jain International Residential School on “Pedagogy” by Mr. Venkatesh Murthy, Mr. Shree Krishna and Dr. Manuja Sahai, “Facilitating Life Skills” by Ms. Apurva.R and Ms. Sowmya, “Multiple Intelligence” by Dr. Shailaja Shastri.

14. August 30th: One day workshop conducted for teachers of Vignan Institute of Technology at Visakapatnam by Dr. Rajendra Joshi on “Instructional Planning”, “Motivation”, “Good Teaching Methods” and “Taxonomy”.

15. October 10 and 11th: A two day SCALE workshop conducted for MBA students of Government RC College at iACT by Dr. Sandeep Shastri, Dr. Shailaja Shastri, Ms. Sudha Mydur, Ms. Sowmya, Ms. Apurva, Ms. Smita Kekre , Dr. Chitra Shankar and Dr. Manuja Sahai.

16. October 11th: One day workshop for Teacher Development Academy, ELGI Coimbatore was conducted by Mr. Venkatesh Murthy, Mr. Shree Krishna and Ms. Manjiri Joshi on Pedagogy.

17. October 30th and 31st: A two-day workshop conducted for students of Jain Heritage School by Ms. Sowmya and Ms. Apurva on “Communication Skills”, “Team Building”, “Peer Pressure” and “Understanding Bullying”.

18. November 8th and 9th: A two-day workshop conducted for teachers of Mahila Vidyalaya Mandal at Belgaum by Dr. Padmavathi on “Classroom Management” and “Teaching Style Analysis”.

19. December 19th and 20th: A two day Life skills Programme conducted for JHS School Children by Apurva, Sowmya & Bharathi.T.S on “Sensitivity to Other Living Organisms”.

17. September 04th 2009: A National level Conference happened in iACT on Global Dialogue on Political Parties and Civil Society in Federal Countries, organized by Dr.Sandeep Shastri.
